quick visit

emi and i just got back from a quick trip to gma's

we had a great time.
besides getting the stomach flu for 3 days.
and we didn't get to visit anyone since we were sick.

she doesn't look sick
but she had just thrown up
for the third morning in a row.

maybe she was feeling better...
or maybe she liked the apple juice flavored pedialyte.

we pretty much went shopping at places the east coast doesn't have
and got emi some new things.
we found this cabbage patch kid for $10

we weren't sure what nationality she was.
she's hispanic and i have been calling her chica
...no offense to anyone.

gma enjoyed watching emi get into everything.
while gpa either slept....
which he claims he was just resting his eyes.
looks like a deep sleep to me :)

or read his mail.

emi loved playing with gma's necklaces.

and she really loved the pictures.

eventually we had to put them up
away from her.

despite being sick we were able to fit some fun things in.

(the fabric high chair worked great but i will be making some changes to it.
like adding velcro so the flap doesn't stick up.)

(don't worry she was under supervision)
we had a great time.
hopefully next time we can fit a lot more visiting in.
