can't believe our baby girl is 5!
she's been wanting a scooter for like 2 years.
we saw one at costco that had the adjustable handle.
she also wanted anything frozen themed.
she was so excited!!
i did emi's hair and then she got dressed.
daddy took the day off and we went bright and early on some errands before school.
i had to laugh when she wore her crown.
she requested a jamba juice.
she loves jamba juice...more than anything for breakfast.
then we headed to sam's club to pick up her 'frozen' cupcakes.
all ready to go to school!!
emi had a great time at school.
we didn't know it but the snowflakes were rings.
she was so excited!!
eddie and i finally found some frozen themed balloons.
we had a fun morning date while momo stayed home with makai.
the minutes she got home from school she wanted to open presents.
she was so excited about everything!
makai was also excited. he loved the scooter.
she's been eyeing those frozen books.
gma found them while we were in utah.
she seriously was so excited!
so much that she had to show us everything.
she was so cute to watch.
she finally got the big frozen book.
every time we would see it in the store she would beg for it.
so excited for her own water bottle.
she also got a jamba juice gift card, but the picture was blurry.
i found those flip flops at the disney store in january.
they've basically been sold out of anything frozen since.
emi knew i bought them. but she was so excited to finally wear them.
makai had a wonderful time exploring her presents.
momo and poppy got her some new outfits.
this is her favorite. and wears it whenever it's clean.
and sometimes when it isn't clean...she loves it so much.
emi enjoyed some of her extra cupcakes.
which is funny cause she doesn't like cake.
i split my cupcake. i take the bottom of the cupcake and put it on top.
like a cupcake sandwich. emi tried to copy me.
yummy!!
she enjoyed the rest of the afternoon while makai napped
reading her new books and playing with her scooter.
and trying on all her new snowflake rings.
i caught her dancing with olaf. ha! she was a little embarrassed.
waiting for makai to wake up so we could go bowling for the first time.
it had rained earlier that day...so any excuse to wear her rain coat.
i don't think she knew what to expect.
she did a great job and had fun.
eddie was so nice to help her so i could take pictures.
he was teaching her all the techniques. i thought it was cute and funny.
she was cheering everyone on and dancing.
makai did not want to be tamed.
he was all over the place. at once point half way down the gutter thing.
it was so fun to watch emi get excited. even if just one pin was knocked.
the kids had fun dancing with gpa to the music.
emi found these chairs that if you pushed back, they would spring forward.
she was doing so good, she was beating tanner at some point.
using her powers to make it knock pins down.
emi had a great time. i can't wait to take her back again.
makai was hilarious to watch. he found the air dryer thing.
and he even lifted an 11 pound ball.
after bowling we headed over to leatherby's for some dinner and ice cream.
i think she forgot they sing to birthday kids.
she really enjoyed us all being together.
tanner taught her how to write her name with mustard.
after we ate they came and sang to her.
she was so embarrassed. she loved it and hated it at the same time.
makai just cheered and wondered what the heck was going on.
happy birthday baby girl!! we love you so much.
