january:
emi played with her new kitchen a ton
we started potty training.
emi moved into a toddler bed and out of her crib.
was the cutest girl ever! still is...
february:
emi caught a nasty cold
we went to the zoo a lot despite the freezing cold temperatures.
we babysat baby emily a lot.
we went to go visit gg and gpa.

and the retirement place purchased it from them before they moved in.

we packed up our home in KY
we drove across the country practically.
emi did great, she mainly just watched t.v. the entire time.
. emi celebrated her 2nd birthday
enjoyed an ice cream cake, since emi doesn't like cake.

spent time with daddy while he was looking for a job.
emi played with her baby and got familiar with gma and gpa honey's house.
went to tanner's basketball games

april:
petted the cats when she could.
drove to utah for russell and kailey's graduation.
got spoiled and visited with my momo and poppy
went to graduation...
emi wore a short that said, good job uncle russell
had fun and went out to eat with poppy and momo
may:
we washed cars
and painted nails
and had her 2 year appt. where she had to have blood taken.
i'm not looking forward to this is 3 months.

june:
tanner graduated 8th grade
made candy leis for the first time.
enjoyed the graduation program or maybe happy it was over

july:
got a swing for the backyard
since that is all she really cares about at the park
we went to visit oma and opa
visiting with oma and opa after lunch
emi had to be completely covered when sleeping
so she would wake up super sweaty in the middle of july.
eddie went camping with the scouts.
emi enjoyed my gym
and taking baths in the sink.
and spending time with daddy before he started work.
emi was picking out her outfits
so even when it was 100 outside she would insist on pants.

drove to oregon to visit poppy and momo
enjoyed a maple bacon donut
went hiking in truckee
emi was not scared at all of heights
emi wore her favorite purple dress most days
went went to vegas
we enjoyed the air conditioned mall
we visited gg and gpa
had a cousin swimming party at ashley's
we visited hayden, the whole quigley family
and of course met baby jocelyn
september:
we went boating with friends
drank from gpa honey's boot at oma and opa's
visited with oma
and opa!
talked on her phone in the car
started getting excited for disneyland.
that's why she is smiling so weird in this picture.
swam some more!
tried on dresses for russell and kailey's wedding
visited the disney store quite a bit.

november:

figured out she could watch clips of movies on the computer
went to truckee for gpa honey's 50th
played in the snow
went to the zoo as a family
emi enjoyed all the animals
except for the reptiles and snakes
december:
went to visit gg and gpa
emi loved visiting with gg, like she does every time
but this time emi and gg could hold a whole conversation
met daddy for lunch
colored a lot
enjoyed christmas presents
went to momo and poppy's for christmas
played with her presents
emi of course now sleeps with a bed full of friends
that she has collected over the year
2011 has been a rough year and we look forward to what 2012 brings us
