such a healthy breakfast

such a bad idea!

sadly, you'd think i would learn my lesson and not serve nutella toast.

emi in her favorite outfit.

this kid! he falls asleep everyday when we go pick emi up from school. 

he usually sleeps 45 minutes in the car and then another hour in his bed.

since she is in school, i get less pictures of her.

or she is silly in the pictures i do take.

on thursdays i help in emi's class.

she thought she was so cool wearing my visitor sticker.

i thought this was hilarious.

she basically forced me to write that.

a normal smile picture. yay!!

she chose having red on every other nail.

her toes look the same as well.

my dad needed a family picture for his germany christmas letter.

since everett was due in february we didn't have any pictures taken.

as we figured we would do it in february.
so we set up a tripod one day after church and took a family picture.

this year i bought some shatter-free ornaments

and didn't put out any presents until christmas eve

due to what we call monster makai.

emi was star of the week at school.

she had to bring pictures in and an outfit from when she was a baby.

emi had fun decorating a gingerbread man after makai had gone to bed one night.

she was so proud of her work that she wouldn't eat it.

sadly makai got to it while emi was at school

and i was in the shower.

makai helping eddie clean out the gutters.

and teasing me that he is ready to be potty trained.

he loves to wear underwear and go potty.

but then he also doesn't care if he pees or even poops.

starting in january eddie will be working from home permanently.

i teased him that he even got a window office.

a small corner in our bedroom.

trying to figure out if we can make our current car work.

we don't have a car payment.

as much as we'd like a bigger car, we don't want a car payment.

luckily all 3 fit.

emi is back in a 5 point harness instead of a booster.

i love how makai clings to her.

he always likes to sit so close.
