emi our overachiever, is still cavity free

she's so funny she wanted to show off everything she got at the dentist.

makai has been sleeping on the floor of his crib as he was climbing out.

we switched it to a toddler bed but he wouldn't stay in bed.

so someone suggested to put the mattress directly on the floor

and that has been working out.

also he has been paci free for a couple months.

the plan is for when baby comes he will share a room with emi.

and his room will become the nursery.

silly emi was acting like she was riding a horse.

this was from the first morning home.

he wanted to hold everett, which only lasted a couple seconds.

emi was the one who really wanted to hold everett before she left for school.

early morning snuggles with the baby before school.

we ventured to the zoo.

makai loves to put the coins in and always finishes with a thumbs up.

everett slept the entire time. 

such a good big sister.

makai loves to play games on the ipad.

it think this was just before he tried to move him off his lap and get up.

off to school she goes, looking more and more grown up.

in order to get a worm you must sit in the birds nest

and make a chirp-chirp sound.

his baby acne is starting.

emi lost her second tooth.

it was hanging on by a thread, of course. 

she refused to let me feel how wiggly it was.

i asked if she could push it all the way forward and that did the trick.

it just hung forward, so she touched it and it fell into her hand.

the night i came home from the hospital.

emi had a valentine's performance.

i was so sad to miss it, but eddie recorded the entire thing.

emi enjoying her valentines day party at school.

gma took emi to tahoe to see the snow.

there was none. except for that almost melted patch.

i left the house to do some grocery shopping.
