weekly update

for a couple nights i noticed makai kept making a pillow out of his blanket.

so i decided to find a pillow in the garage for him.

he loved it. wanted me to put it in his crib right away.

 

he spent a good 20 minutes in there just reading books and laying down.

i think he was so excited he finally got his own pillow.

unfortunately two nights later i decided to take it back.

it was taking him close to 2 hours to fall asleep.

not sure why he didn't just throw it over. but he seems fine with it gone.

oh my goodness. i picked my battle this day.

no it wasn't crazy hair day at school.

her ponytail just had a stiffy. she wanted 'jasmine' hair.

she thought it looked amazing. i laughed as she walked out the door.

makai and his ugly mug.

he gives this scowl quite a bit.

this was for emi and i laughing at him as he tried to lick the ranch off his plate.

i was out and about and found this puzzle/lunch box for $4

she doesn't need another puzzle but i knew she'd love it.

one morning we went and babysat our friends kiddos.

makai had an explosive diaper that had to be changed right away.

i swear the stench was gonna make their whole house smell.

so emi was on baby duty while i changed his diaper.

then we headed to the zoo. thanks stephanie!
i have never caught a show at the zoo. the kids seemed to enjoy it.

whenever makai is naked he always does this.

it his hilarious and gross.

makai loves to look for strawberries.

i needed to water the garden, so i decided to undress him and spray him down.

makai requests a banana every single morning

or cries and cries until i make a smoothie.

i guess he is a breakfast kind of guy.

emi wanted to show me her chicken she made.

they went over farm stuff at school last week.

tanner came over for a project for youth conference again.

i guess makai found a highlighter. 

luckily it was just to his leg and a few pieces of scrap paper.

for some reason we didn't notice we painted the numbers 

on with the orange and yellow next to each other. oh well.

gma bought the kids a sprinkler toy.

i really wanted to get a pool but i didn't want to have to worry about it.

my luck makai would get in it without me knowing.

but the kids love the new sprinkler. 

it's no splash pad but it does the job.

i thought this was hilarious of makai. he knows it sprays water. 

i guess he didn't realize it only sprays water when hooked to a hose.

eddie was like hey! let's watch curious george together.

i look over and he is out cold.

i carry these mini dinosaurs in my purse.

i need to get some small cars.

anyways, makai like me to hand him them one at a time.

then once he gets all of them he hands them back.

emi seriously sat on every single chair and couch at the store.

i have to be careful cause she likes to go off and look on her own.

she just loves to shop is her excuse every time i tell her to stay close.

finally cleaned makai's nasty booster chair.

which he was so happy about.

lately he would make his yucky sound and pick at it.

makai's newest trick.

since this picture he fell through one of them.
